We at Edikted are looking for a Commercial Manager to lead the business performance and profitability of our market. In this role, you’ll oversee sales strategy, pricing, and operations to ensure the brand delivers the right products, in the right place, at the right time, and at the right price.
Responsibilities:

Develop and execute commercial strategies across product, pricing, and promotions.

Coordinate cross-functional teams - including Marketing, Operations, Logistics, Finance, and Customer Service - to ensure alignment and flawless execution.

Build and monitor sales forecasts, KPIs, and business performance reports, optimizing results based on data and insights.

Analyze performance and market trends to identify opportunities, challenges, and growth areas.

Oversee store openings, ensuring all teams (Merchandising, Logistics, HR, Customer Service, and Marketing) are aligned, with clear timelines, inventory readiness, and staffing in place.

Collaborate closely with Merchandising and Planning teams to ensure assortments and inventory support commercial objectives.

Ensure smooth execution of key market initiatives - from new store launches to seasonal campaigns.
Requirements:

7+ years of experience in commercial management, brand management, or a similar role in fashion retail or eCommerce.

Proven experience managing sales performance, margins, and pricing strategies.

Strong analytical and strategic mindset -a data-driven decision-maker.

Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Hands-on, proactive, and adaptable - able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets - must.

Fluent English (spoken and written) - must.

Experience in an international or multi-market company - a strong advantage.
