I would size down to get a cute but not too oversized that it looks like your swimming in it, I’m usually between a xs sometimes xxs to a medium and small gave a great oversized but not humungous bulky look. The medium looked like that on me so I retired it and got a small. The quality is pretty good, if you wear a shirt under it isn’t itchy at all! And it’s pretty smooth material in general. The zipper is very good and has not broken or had any problems. So cute and perfect for a coffee date, shopping trip, everyday wear and so much more!! 10/10 such a staple in my closet."
