"I love the top and everything else, but I had a tough experience getting the parcel. I ordered my items and was expecting them to come during the day, but I got a notification saying they had tried to deliver it but no one was home, when I was home and the email showed the right address. It said it would take another six days to try and deliver it again when I would be on holiday, which is the reason I had ordered everything. My carrier didn’t try to give it to my neighbours or try to hide the parcel, and during my holiday I got an email that the parcel had been given to my neighbours, though the parcel was much smaller than it was in the first email. I was wondering if anything could be done, no worries if not! Thank you!"
