- We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered, or unused merchandise in a sellable condition with a tag still attached to the item for a full refund (for the items).
- Swimwear can only be returned if the hygiene seal has not been removed.

- Choose the items you wish to return.
- Select your preferred return option: post office or HappyReturn location.
- Once you place your inquiry, you should receive an email with a QR-code or a shipping label.
- If you plan on dropping your items at a Happy Returns Bar, there is no need for any packaging. If you prefer to send it through the post office, securely package your return items (if available, please use the original packaging, since this is crucial for a smooth return process.)
- Be sure to check that the Happy Returns staff member scanned all of your items properly.
- As soon as you drop them off at the location you should receive an email confirmation of a refund. If you returned it through the post office, an email confirmation will be sent to you within 72 hours.

- Exchange orders will be shipped with a standard shipping method, which could take up to 6 business days to arrive, excluding weekends and holidays.
- If you chose to return your items through the Happy Returns Bar - a refund confirmation should be sent after you dropped the items off.
- If you choose to return your items through the post office - a refund confirmation should be sent after a few business days, while the package is in transit.
- For all returns, please allow 3 days for all refunds to be processed once they have been issued.
- Return request has to be submitted and processed within 30 days from your purchase date.
- We will only accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered, or unused items with tags still attached to the item.
- There is no need for a return of damaged items.

- We don't recommend combining more than one order in the same return, as this can cause complications for our team when processing the returns. Please start a separate return according to each order number to ensure a smooth return process.
- For all US returns, we will deduct $4.9 from your refund amount whether you opt for one of our return bar locations or print a return label. All US exchanges are free of charge, but will be limited to one exchange per customer.
- Please keep in mind that we do not refund shipping charges/discount/package protection.
- Customers can return online purchased items to our store, within 30 days from their purchase date.
- Customers can return in store purchased items to our store, within 30 days from their purchase date.
- Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used upon purchase, and any desired items can be purchased in store.
When purchasing with our BOGO offer, the discount amount that was reduced from the lower-priced item is applied proportionally across all items that are purchased. When sending the return back, the refund will reflect the original sale price reduced by the proportionally applied refund.
Item A is originally priced at $60 and Item B is originally $40 coming to an original cost of $100. Because of the BOGO sale, the refund applied across all items was 40%. If Item A is returned, the refund amount will be $36 (40% of $60) and if Item B is returned, then the refund amount will be $24. (40% of $40) Which comes to the total amount paid, $60.

- Submit your inquiry and print out the return slip.
- Please securely package return items (if available, please use the original packaging).
- Take your package to your local post office (AusPost/DHL/Royal Mail/Canada Post/etc), purchase the return label, and send it back to the address provided on the return slip.
- Make sure to request a trackable return so we can keep track of your package.
- Make sure to save your receipt and tracking number until you receive your refund.
Unfortunately, we don’t offer direct exchanges for international customers. Feel free to send back your return items and purchase the items you would like in exchange.
- We do not cover the cost of a return. Your return fees can be covered at your post office at the time of your return.
- Please keep in mind that we do not refund shipping charges/discount/package protection.
